·         These terms and conditions govern the KrisShop e-voucher giveaway ("Promotion") organized by Singapore Airlines Limited ("Singapore Airlines").

·         By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments or directives (collectively, the "Terms") which may be made or issued by Singapore Airlines in its discretion.

Eligibility

·         To be eligible for the Promotion, each participant must:

 (a) make a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below).

(b) be at least 18 years of age as at the commencement of this Promotion.

(c) be a KrisFlyer member; and

(d) complete and submit the Application Form before the Application Deadline (as defined below), (each an "Eligible Participant" and collectively "Eligible Participants").

·         A "Qualifying Purchase" means:

(a) a purchase of a round-trip air ticket for flights operated by Singapore Airlines departing from Phnom Penh or Siem Reap via the official Singapore Airlines website or SingaporeAir mobile application, with payment made using a Mastercard issued globally.

(b) the tickets must be issued between 10 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive); and

(c) the tickets must be for the travel period from 10 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).

·         Application Form" means the form available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/kh/self-service/SqkhKrisShop EvoucherForm.

·         Application Forms must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the departure date of the first flight of the Qualifying Purchase ("Application Deadline"). Submissions after the Application Deadline will not be accepted.

·         If you are travelling with companions, please note that each passenger included in the booking must apply separately. A separate voucher email will be sent to each Eligible Participant.

Redemption

·         A KrisShop e-voucher (each a "Voucher" and collectively the "Vouchers") with a value of:

(a) SGD $10 for each Qualifying Purchase departing from Phnom Penh; or

(b) SGD $15 for each Qualifying Purchase departing from Siem Reap, will be emailed to each Eligible Participant's email address (as specified in their Application Form) within 7 business days of submission of the Application Form

·         Vouchers will be issued as promotional codes redeemable for purchases on KrisShop.com or onboard Singapore Airlines flights.

·         Singapore Airlines is not responsible for non-delivery or failed receipt of Vouchers due to incorrect or incomplete personal information, including email address errors. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the Voucher.

·         The following ticket types are excluded from this Promotion: Tickets issued through travel agencies or third-party platforms, Mileage redemption (award) tickets, Staff discounted tickets, Infant tickets, Complimentary (free) tickets.

·         No separate notification will be sent to ineligible participants.

·         Vouchers are valid from 10 March 2026 to 9 March 2027 (both dates inclusive).

·         Certain items or ongoing promotions may be excluded from Voucher usage.

·         Detailed terms of use will be included in the email accompanying the Voucher.

·         Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·         By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Participant agrees that any and all personal data submitted will be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by Singapore Airlines for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, issuing the Vouchers and communicating with the Eligible Participants regarding the redemption of the Vouchers ("Purposes"). Participants further agree that Singapore Airlines may disclose such personal data to its affiliates, related corporations, agents, service providers, contractors, and other third parties engaged by Singapore Airlines for such Purposes. All collection, use and disclosure of the Eligible Participant's personal data will be strictly in accordance with Singapore Airline's Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/jp/global_footer/privacy- policy/), which is deemed incorporated into these Terms. If the booking forming all or part of Qualifying Purchase is cancelled at any time, the Voucher will be forfeited.

General terms

·         Vouchers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

·          A reference to Business Day in these terms and conditions refers to a day that does not fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Cambodia or Singapore.

·         All decisions made by Singapore Airlines in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Singapore Airlines reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

·         Singapore Airlines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms. The demise of a participant of this promotion automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this promotion.

·         Unless otherwise specified, Singapore Airlines is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

·         These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

·         A person who is not party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Right or Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap53B) to enforce any term of these Terms.
