  1. Only applicable to Mastercard debit and credit cards issued in the following markets: American Samoa, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vanuatu and Vietnam.
  2. Citibank Mastercard credit and debit cards issued in Hong Kong SAR are eligible for this offer; Citibank Mastercard cards issued in other countries or regions are excluded.
  3. Only offline transactions made with Mastercard debit or credit cards in CNY at Shanghai Disney Resort, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort, or Universal Beijing Resort in Mainland China during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) will qualify for the cashback offer. Cashback can only be earned once per card per quarter during the promotion period. Eligible Transactions exclude hotel accommodation and parking expenses within the parks, as well as installment payments for annual pass-related spending.
  4. Cashback is calculated and awarded in CNY. Cashback may be credited to the Eligible Cards in other currency. For detailed credited amounts and currencies, cardholders shall contact their issuing banks.
  5. The monthly quota for the Offer is limited. The cashback under the Offer will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Eligible Transaction date and time. Cardholders acknowledge that Mastercard is not obligated to notify cardholders of the depletion of total cashback for the Offer.
  6. The transaction date, transaction time, payment method, settlement order, etc. are subject to the records in Mastercard Network. Transactions that are not settled by merchants in time will not be counted in the offer. If Mastercard identifies a qualified transaction after cardholder has redeemed the maximum number of cashback during the promotion period, cardholder will not receive cashback for that transaction.
  7. The cashback will be credited before the end of next month upon completion of the Eligible Transaction without a refund. For the crediting dates, cardholders shall contact their issuing banks. In the event of a refund by the cardholder, the original transaction will not be counted in the calculation of this promotion and Mastercard reserves the right to forfeit the cashback issued.
  8. For any implications on loyalty points provided by their issuing banks due to the cashback awarded under the Offer, cardholders shall contact their issuing banks.
  9. Cashback is exclusive of any applicable taxes. Cardholders are responsible for any taxes levied on the cashback awarded hereunder.
  10. Cashback will be automatically forfeited if enrolled Eligible Cards are invalid, overdue, account canceled, frozen, or in abnormal status otherwise at the time of crediting cashback.
  11. In any case, Mastercard reserves the right to adjust any missed or incorrect cashback via Mastercard systems and present such adjustments on cardholders’ card statements. Mastercard is not obligated to provide any compensation for these adjustments.
  12. Cardholders participating in this Offer shall abide by relevant laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of the Offer. If the cardholders use any means or tools that violate integrity, such as system loopholes, plug-in software, plug-ins, or malicious behaviors such as illegal profit-making, cash out, false transactions, etc., to obtain the cashback, Mastercard reserves the right to deny the eligibility of cardholders and cancel or withdraw any paid cashback directly or through the issuing bank. Violations shall be investigated and determined by Mastercard solely.
  13. Mastercard does not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under the Offer. The products and services are provided solely by merchants, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Mastercard and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service purchased by cardholders under the Offer be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Mastercard. Any questions or issues the cardholder may have with respect to the products and services must be addressed directly with merchants.
  14. To the extent permitted by law, Mastercard has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer (including but not limited to eligibility, cashback etc.), suspend or terminate the Offer, effective upon public announcement via relevant channels (e.g. Website, etc.). All information related to the Offer is subject to public announcements by Mastercard.
