Terms and Conditions of Institut Jantung Negara (IJN)

A. Validity

• 1 (one) year from 21 November 2025 until 31 December 2026.
• Oriental Bank cardholders may present proof of membership during registration to be eligible for the corporate rates (e.g., debit or credit card, etc.).

B. Appointment date

• Appointment dates are available for individual or group bookings based on a “first-come, first-served basis”. Participants are advised to book a date at least two (2) weeks before the appointment date, to ensure successful bookings of the preferred date.
•  All bookings must be accompanied by personal details for registration purposes. Please note that the ESP appointment is open from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).
•   Confirmation and reminder of appointment date will be sent to each participant via email or post, and SMS (3 days before appointment date).
•  If any of the customers who required to have further follow-ups as an outpatient, a special/green lane will be provided for doctors’/specialists’ appointments. 

C. Medical report

All test results will be available on the same day as the ESP appointment. The cardiologist will consult with the ESP participant once all tests are completed. The hospital will send the complete written medical report to each participant within one (1) week of the appointment date, using the address provided by the participant, unless otherwise directed by the employer (with the participant’s consent).

D. Payment method

• Payment must be made only with a debit or credit card of Oriental Bank.

Submission of credit/debit card payment must be made upon registration.
