PHNOM PENH, May 5, 2026 – Yi Sang Chinese Restaurant, a flagship brand under the Almond Hospitality Group, welcomed over 150 distinguished guests to Yi Sang The Garden, Toul Kork for the official launch of its new Culinary Heritage Cantonese Menu.

The evening showcased a refined balance between tradition and innovation, with a menu curated over months to combine Yi Sang’s signature favourites with creative new interpretations. Emphasising the use of quality Cambodian produce alongside authentic Cantonese techniques, the new offerings reflect the brand’s continued evolution in Cambodia’s premium dining scene.
