Oriental Bank PLC and True Money (Cambodia) PLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore and collaborate on the digitalization of financial services.

The partnership combines Oriental Bank's modern banking system with True Money's reputation as a leading payment service provider and wide coverage of over 10,000 agents nationwide. Both institutions aim to deliver innovative financial products and services that bridge the gap and connect individuals to cutting-edge payment solutions, including but not limited to modernized payment channels, e-commerce, and digital lending.

The partnership comes at a time when the Royal Government of Cambodia is actively promoting digitalization efforts in the country.
